How to Order

Order online through the "Add to Cart" buttons on the Product pages.  Your order will be processed securely through PayPal, an online secure ordering process accepting credit/debit cards and eChecks. 

If you are more comfortable mailing a check or money order to us for your order, please complete the online ordering process up to the point of providing credit card information.  Then, print this page twice.  Keep one copy for yourself, and mail the second copy to us with your check or money order.
Before we can fill your order, we must have:
1.  Name and physical shipping address.
2.  Contact email and/or phone number in case we need to reach you.
3.  Shipping costs provided by the shopping pages.
4.  Total
5.  Payment
Unless we have all the items listed above, we will not be able to fulfill your order, and we will be required to contact you.  Orders paid with money order will see immediate processing.  Checks will require 10 day processing delay.

FAQ's

How much are shipping charges?
Shipping charges are computed as follows:

$5.25 on orders up to $39.99
$7.95 on orders $40.00 to $60.00
$9.95 on orders $60.01 and up

Please contact us regarding shipping orders  and pricing outside of the United States.

Do you wholesale?
Yes, we wholesale Lindsey Ashlum note cards and greeting cards.  Minimum wholesale order is 24 units, plus shipping, payable in advance.  Discounts prices are available by contacting us:  robb@healthyplanetonline.com

Are the cards returnable?
Yes.  Should you decide to return your product, we must receive product within 30 days of your order.  A copy of your receipt must be enclosed with your return.  The product must be in original, resalable condition.  Your purchase price (less all shipping and handling costs) will be refunded to you by way of the method of original purchase.  Credit card orders will be refunded to the original credit card through a PayPal refund.  Money orders and checks will be refunded by check.
